Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours via UPS, insured. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday it will not be processed until the next business day. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact customer service at 818.340.1357 or email sales@akdink.com for assistance.

As a courtesy, AKD Ink will allow the use of your company’s carrier and account number. Please note there will be a 20% handling fee to process your order.

In the event there is any damage to your package and the content within during transit, AKD Ink will not be held liable for any replacements due to damage occurred in transit. Client will be responsible for filing a claim with carrier. AKD Ink will replace product after a new order is placed. We also suggest that if using  your own carrier and or account number that you authorize insurance on your package, in the event of damage.

Fast Turnaround...now even faster! 
Orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days after the order is placed and will take between one and five additional business days to arrive, based on the shipping method you select. Packages may deliver via UPS or USPS.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or orders with custom personalization (like logos) may require additional time.

AKD Ink will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. Because awards are personalized product, they cannot be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events. If a deadline is missed due to our carrier (UPS) all shipping cost will be refunded upon UPS's approval

AKD Ink 24 hour shipping offer can only be honored on online orders placed before 3:00pm PST. If your order consists of an item or items advertised as 24 hour shipping, and your order also contains any item not advertised as 24 hour shipping, please understand your whole order will be shipped together in the time frame stated on the top right hand side of the home page where it reads “Our current production time is “” days”. Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are based on the total value of product and personalization in your order after applicable discounts. When shipping to multiple locations, the value of each location's order will determine its shipping charge and only one shipping method can be selected for the entire order. Special shipping situations may require additional shipping charges - learn more.

*The prices listed are the actual cost for shipping using expedited methods. As an example, a customer with an order of $78.00 and selecting Standard would pay $12.95 for shipping.

*When ordering online we require an event date to be entered.  That date is used to ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on our shipping policy. If our customer services reps notice the wrong shipping method was selected, as a courtesy, you may be notified by the next business day.  If this occurs you will then be able to leave your shipping method as is, or upgrade it to a priority which will meet your deadline.*
